Repatriation of Dead Body
The respective company/employer will bear all the expenses and facilitate the repatriation of a dead body. Before that, the company/employer has to collect NOC from the Embassy. In case of exceptions, the embassy takes the responsibilities of repatriation with the assistance of the relatives of the deceased/the community people or the Wage Earners’ Welfare Board.
